What you will learn
A new animal shows overdue tasks
- The app has no history for a new animal
- If you already gave it: tap Done and set the real date
A new animal shows tasks as overdue? The app has no history for it, so yearly tasks are due straight away. If you already gave it, tap Done, set the real date, and the task clears.
A task I expect is not showing
- Animals, then All tasks for the animal
- Is the animal Active?
- Does the rule apply to its type?
- Lamb tasks: is Born on filled in?
- Does the rule wait for another task?
- Is it beyond the coming-up days?
A task you expect is not showing? Open Animals, then All tasks for that animal. It shows when each task was last done and when it is next due. Check these things. Is the animal Active? Does the rule apply to its type, ewe, ram or lamb? For lamb tasks, is its Born on date filled in? Does the rule wait for another task? Is it further away than the coming up days?
I ticked something by mistake
- Tap Undo straight away
- Or History, then Remove (undo)
- The task comes back
Ticked something by mistake? Tap Undo straight away, or open History and tap Remove, undo. The task comes back.
Sold or died
- Animals, Select several, tick the animal
- Sold or removed
- Tasks disappear, History stays
An animal was sold or died? On Animals, tap Select several, tick it, then tap Sold or removed. Its tasks disappear and its History stays.
Lambs were weaned
- Animals tab, then Wean lambs
- Tick the lambs; choose ewe or ram
- Their history stays
Lambs were weaned? Open the Animals tab and tap Wean lambs. Tick the lambs, choose ewe or ram for each one, the app already knows if you entered the sex, and tap the button. Their history stays.
Does changing a rule change History?
- No: History is what you did
- It stays as it is
Does changing a rule change your History? No. History is what you did, and it stays as it is.
