How to Edit a Sheep Treatment or Vaccine Rule in the App
Step by step: how to edit a rule in the EkBoer app. Change what Today says, when the task is due, who it applies to, and write the label facts such as dose and withdrawal period in the Notes.

What you will learn
Open the rule
- Open Setup, then Your rules
- Tap Edit under the rule
To edit a rule, open Setup, then Your rules, and tap Edit under the rule.
What Today says, and when
- Change What Today says
- Change When is it due? and the days
- Choose who it applies to
Change What Today says. This is the sentence you see on the Today screen. Then change When is it due, and the days. The screen explains each choice. Then choose who it applies to.
Notes and Save
- Write label facts in Notes (dose, withdrawal period, cautions)
- They show under Details when the task comes up
- Tap Save
Write the label facts, such as the dose, the withdrawal period and any cautions, in Notes. You will see them under Details when the task comes up. Then tap Save.
About the Name
- The Name is what appears in your History
- Rename a rule and old History follows the new name
One important thing to know. The Name is what appears in your History. If you rename a rule, your old History follows the new name.
