What you can do with goats today

• Herd records. Does, bucks and kids, each with an ID, birth or buying date, breed, group, mother and sire. Bring your list in from Excel or CSV.
• A goat list of reminders. More than 40 ready-to-tick items in groups: vaccines, worms and parasites, breeding and kidding, kids, bucks and herd care. Tick what you need and change the timing. It names no product and gives no dose, so check dose and withdrawal periods with your vet and the product label.
• Worm control that fits goats. Reminders for FAMACHA checks, worm egg counts, and deworming kids and does when it is needed, not on a fixed calendar.
• Kids from the day they are born. Reminders counted from each kid’s birth date: first vaccine, weaning, weaning weight and selecting replacements.
• Buck in, scan and kidding records. Put the buck in with the does, record scan results, and record each kidding: every kid is added with its mother, sire, breed and birth date.
• Weaning and weights. Weigh kids at birth and weaning, and wean them into does and bucks.
• Results. For a breeding season or the last 12 months: does joined, in kid at the scan, kids born and weaned per 100 does, twins and the does that gave no kids.
• Kidding soon. The does due to kid are listed on the Breeding tab and on Today.
• Stud tables. Kids ranked by weaning weight corrected to your weaning age, the results of each buck and doe, a kid birth list, pedigrees and registration numbers.
• Sheep and goats on one farm. Choose every animal you keep in Setup. Rules for goats never fire for sheep.

How to start
